Before you send your note

A few details help us understand your request.

Your order number, if you have one.
The product name and what you would like help with.
For damage or an incorrect item, please keep photos of the gift, packaging and shipping label ready.

Changes that cannot wait

If a name, design or delivery address needs changing, tell us as soon as possible. We will help where we can, but a change may not be possible once preparation or shipping has begun.

You can also contact us about privacy, access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
