A gift begins the moment it is unwrapped. Here is how we pack your order and the choices you have when it is a present.
Where an item offers gift wrapping, the option and any charge are shown on its product page or at checkout before you pay.
Every order is prepared and packed carefully for its journey. Delicate pieces such as candles, cards and wooden gifts are packed with the journey in mind. Our commitment to careful preparation and packaging is the same wherever an item is made or shipped from.
Some items offer gift wrapping or a gift-ready presentation. When an item does, you will find the choice and any charge on its product page or at checkout. An item without such an option is sent in our standard packaging.
Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and check every detail before paying. For an international parcel, customs charges may be collected from the recipient unless they are included in your order total.
On a personalized item, the wording you enter on the product page becomes part of the gift; check names, dates and spelling carefully. For anything else, ask us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible for that item.
Digital products are delivered electronically, so no physical packaging is sent. Check the product's license for how the files may be used and shared.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible, with your order number and photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We will review the appropriate remedy; this does not limit your statutory rights.
