A few useful details before you choose a gift—or while you wait for one to arrive.
Where are your gifts made and shipped?
Elpis Gift is registered in Ohio, USA. Some items are made and dispatched by our studio or partners in Asia; the origin can vary with the product and available stock.
How long will my order take?
Most ready-made items need 3–7 business days of preparation after payment. Custom work may take longer. After dispatch, allow an estimated 15–25 business days for the US, Canada, UK and Europe, or 15–35 for other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Can I change a name, address or design?
Please contact us straight away. Check every detail and any proof before approval. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once design work, materials preparation, production or dispatch has begun.
How do I follow my parcel?
We provide tracking after dispatch when it is available. Updates may take a few days to appear. You can also check your order details or contact us about an unusually delayed parcel.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
For eligible ready-made items, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Keep everything unused, undamaged and complete. Personalized, custom, made-to-order, digital and final-sale items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Exchanges depend on availability; statutory rights remain protected.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days where possible with your order number and photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the appropriate remedy. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
Will I pay customs charges?
Unless expressly included in your order total, duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage and other destination charges are your responsibility. They may be collected locally.
How are digital gifts delivered?
Digital files are delivered electronically as described on the product page; there is no physical parcel. Check the product's license for permitted use and contact us if you cannot access the files.
